Window World of Rhode Island

Kyle and James did a very good job on my door installation I am very impressed. I am very pleased with Kyle and James work they were on time and very friendly left my house cleaner then it was. I will never hire no one else but Kyle and James. Ask for Kyle and James when you hire window world they are the best.

Just wanted to share my opinion after reading some of the reviews. Salesman Dan came out was straight forward and knowledgeable. We bought 11 windows and we were told job would take a day to a day and a half. Job was finished in two!! Don't really feel confident in the quality of installation as we've already had them back ( the subcontractor), once. Tried calling Dan but of course they don't want to have anything to do with you after they get their money! I saw that a few folks had the same experience. So basically they sell you the windows subcontract the installation and then your on your own!

Great experience! Kris was very knowledgeable about the windows, specifications, and what would work best in our home. James, Erik, and Kyle did a great job changing a bow 10 ft window that was rotting into a beautiful flat 10 ft window we can now open. We had 2 windows and a smooth slider door installed too. James and his crew were efficient, tidy and right down to business. James answered all my nosy questions. I am very satisfied and can't believe how much quieter our living room is with the new windows. I highly recommend Window World of RI and James with his crew.

James and his crew were excellent at communicating their late arrival and was courtesy about it. They installed windows and trim in a timely manner AND they even cleaned up after themselves. Our new windows are beautiful! Would highly recommend.

Bob and his crew did an excellent job with our window installation. They were on time, quick install, (6 windows in under 2 hrs.), very polite and cleaned everything up once they were completed. My whole experience with Window World of RI has been great. From the initial quote, thanks Bob Fasci, to the final installation. I would most definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing replacement windows. Dan
